With us, you will lead a team of analysts with a strong focus on providing technical modelling and pricing support for Agri Re-/Insurance. Reporting to the Head of Natural Catastrophe Risk, you will work in close co-operation with the Chief Underwriter Agriculture and other Specialty Underwriting colleagues. With a dedicated unit you will provide analytical modelling and renewal pricing support of Agri underwriting production with overall responsibility for the technical robustness of the models and methods used in pricing Agricultural lines. You will draw on your extensive technical and commercial experience in co-ordinating the development of new and ad hoc Agri and weather modelling solutions in response to market developments and new initiatives.
You are an Agriculture Engineer, Agronomist, Meteorologist or Actuary with a strong link to Agriculture Re-/Insurance business. You have a deep understanding of Agriculture Re-/Insurance products and experience in structuring, modelling and pricing these products. Additionally, experience in the development/structuring of insurance products, financial instruments and/or reinsurance contracts is required. You have a team player personality with strong and proven leadership and communication skills. You show accurate and reliable working attitude, creativity and openness to new solutions. Your English is excellent, any additional language is an asset. Willingness to travel (worldwide) is required.
