In your role as Senior IT Licence Manager, you will be responsible for this department as part of the new Group IT organisational unit. You will support the development of a Group-wide IT sourcing strategy for maximising synergy effects and business value across the Group’s entire IT, assist with the implementation of a Group-wide IT sourcing strategy and support compliance management in the context of sourcing.

Your responsibilities will particularly include implementing a Group-wide licence management strategy. You will compare licences purchased with licences installed to ensure compliance with contracts. You will also be responsible for identifying savings potential across all units and for developing solutions and measures to optimise licence usage. You will be the universal contact person for all suppliers across the Group on licence-related issues. Finally, your responsibilities will also include compiling the licence statement.

As Senior IT Licence Manager, you should also possess the following:

• University bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in information technology, natural sciences or business/economics or equivalent practical experience


• Long-standing and broad IT experience in the procurement and sourcing spectrum: service, supplier and sourcing management


• Specialism in licence management


• Knowledge of procurement, contract management and associated legal requirements


• Experience in larger companies and in cross-border environments (matrix organisation)


• Fluent German and English (further languages would be an asset)
