Monitoring of the proper accounting, controlling and the closing of accounts
Preparation of forecasts and budgets
Preparation of the annual financial statements and financial report
Setting up a reporting and controlling system
Budget management of investment portfolio
Preparation and implementation of budget meetings with group leaders
Advice and support of the directors and researchers
Management of in- and outgoing invoices
Your profile
Academic or commercial education in business economics (MSc, graduate auditor or equivalent)
Several years of experience in finance and accounting
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and internet skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in English and German
Highly flexible attitude to work
Highly independent and highly organized
