(Junior) Loss Prevention Analyst – 38.5 hours a week

If so, then you might be the new Loss Prevention Analyst of H&M Switzerland!
H&M Switzerland is looking for a new Loss Prevention Analyst in Zurich. Within the Security Department you oversee and manage a loss prevention management system to prevent and minimize losses in our stores. You support the Security Manager, to ensure that the H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe. In this role you work closely with various stakeholders, our colleagues from area teams and stores as well as our H&M security teams worldwide. As Loss Prevention Analyst, your responsibility is to ensure company’s profitability by keeping high loss prevention standards. The work includes analyzing of POS data, identifying actions needed within loss prevention to raise the awareness level at all companies function levels in loss prevention related topics.
Your responsibilitiesIn this role team work is key, your responsibilities are in close cooperation with different stakeholders locally. Working with the local security team to reach local objectives you will drive your goals forward to minimize loss in our stores. As a Loss Prevention Analyst, you will:• Analyze POS data • Analyze, investigate, identify and follow up on deviating POS activity with focus on security routines, frauds and training needs• Create and analyze reports• Support store auditors while conducting the store audit• Contribute to company profitability• Follow up and analyze main KPIs and initiate actions to balancing long and short-term goals• Support the store teams in their loss prevention action plans• Support the Security Department in executing fraudulent investigations and interviews

We are looking for candidates who are:• 1-2 years experienced in security or retail, is a plus• Striving for constant improvement• Thinking entrepreneurially and always taking the store optics into account• Giving and receiving regular feedback• Having strong organizational skills• Communicating very clearly at all levels and cooperating with colleagues at all positions• Having good knowledge of Excel / MS Office• Having great flexibility and willingness to travel domestically• Able to work with confidential information• Having an open-minded, proactive and creative attitude• Having Strong communication skills • Having English, German & French skills (oral and written). A working-level in Italian would be an additional asset
