Head of Human Resources – with focus on Talent Management & HR Development


We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Talent Management and HR Development who is keen to further develop the HR strategy at responsAbility.

Your Main Tasks

  • Global responsibility for the HR function

  • Member of the Senior Management Team

  • Leadership of a small team of experienced HR professionals in Zurich and functional leadership of the HR staff at the local offices

  • Shaping and driving the HR Strategy and further developing the HR practice; a strong focus over the next few years will be on Talent Management and Employee Development

  • Sparring partner and advisor to the Executive Management in all matters related to HR

  • As a small organization, we all work hands-on, you therefore also act as HR Manager to a part of the Zurich based workforce

Your Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years of HR experience with high affinity for Talent Management and HR Development

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role

  • Keen interest in further developing the HR strategy and providing a modern workplace with strong development opportunities

  • Strong conceptualizer who enjoys driving HR initiatives from concept design to implementation

  • Excellent communicator, who is proficient in English and easily interacts at all levels of our multicultural and value driven organization. Other languages are a plus

  • First-hand experience in an international working environment paired with sound knowledge of Swiss labour law

  • Interest in impact investing
