For our Travel Retail team located in Volketswil ZH, we are looking for an experienced


 


Retail Manager Switzerland and Central Europe


 


In this position you drive retail sales in the region and together with the Retail Director define retail plan per POS and implement marketing calendar. You ensure the brand image and Visual Merchandising guidelines are implemented in all POS and recruit, lead and manage Beauty Advisors (BA) to achieve service excellence based on La Prairie standards and guidelines.


 


Your Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a team of excellent BAs and team leaders

  • Set KPIs and targets to increase sales and service level

  • Identify training/coaching needs for each BA and liaise with training department to ensure best possible education support

  • Take ownership of BA budget and control BA costs accordingly (incl. BA expenses and commissions when applicable)

  • Define and update retail plan and ensure it is implemented and followed

  • Develop and maintain relationship with operators’ shop managers, updating them on marketing calendar and collecting intelligence

  • Monitor and report stock levels of saleable items and testers at all POS. Control availability of GwP and samples at all POS as defined in the retail plan and initiate adjustments where indicated

  • Ensure visual exchanges are executed in a timely manner and give feedback to Management

  • Support local implementation and responsible for execution of outposts

     

    Your Qualifications


  • Strong retail and sales experience and understanding of luxury and its customers

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Structured approach to planning and KPI measuring

  • Energetic and outgoing personality, passion for selling and people

  • Willing to spend 70% of the time on the shop floor

  • Willing to travel min 50% of the time within the region

  • Abilities to work with MS Office

  • Fluent in English and French. German, Chinese and/or Russian are an advantage
