You'll be a champion of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching your clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.


As an Insights Partner, you'll be a leader of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations challenges or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.


You will recognize HR trends and gaps across all of Google by building deep relationships with fellow POCs and use that information to drive global consistency for critical programs. You'll dig into consultation data to find patterns and surface insights. Once identified you translate them into meaningful and forward thinking HR interventions that drive change within organizations and countries.


Additionally, you will be a key driver of the “neural network” within the global organization by channeling information from our organization to your function/country and vice versa. Doing this well will mean that People Partners and business leaders have the information they need to make great people decisions and your team will have the functional context needed to have meaningful and high-impact consultations.
