The main focus of this role consist of  working on our IT infrastructure, Security and Workplace transformation and aligning our IT Strategy with our Business Needs and our Growth.


 


The IT Manager will have to define the IT Infrastructure, Security and Workplace Strategy in coordination with the VP Information Technology and implement it. He/She will manage a team and supervise all Group IT Infrastructure, Security and Workplace projects within MCI. He/She will also manage IT suppliers and contracts.


 


Your main responsibilities will include:


 


Strategy and Management (35%)



  • Define with the VP Information Technology MCI’s IT Infrastructure, Security and Workplace strategy for the coming years and implement it

  • Align this strategy with the Business Needs

  • Select, liaise and manage vendors and third party providers

  • Manage and follow up IT Budget linked to Infrastructure, Security and Workplace

  • Manage HQ IT Infrastructure, Security and Workplace team and liaise with Local IT and Digital Champions

  • Standardize tools and processes within the group

  • Identify and propose innovative solutions


Operations (35%)



  • Lead operationally the Infrastructure, Security and Workplace Transformation programs

  • Guide and shape the business solution, working closely with vendors and third party providers

  • Drive, follow-up and deliver the portfolio of ambitious Infrastructure, Security and Workplace transformation projects

  • Manage the IT integration of acquisitions


Change management (20%)



  • Supervise the discussion with the business units to ensure the adoption of the new Infrastructure, Security and Workplace solutions by MCI Talents


Business Development (10%)



  • Support Sales in answering RFPs


Your profile



  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Telecommunications or equivalent

  • Degree in Management

  • Min 8 years of experience in a related domain

  • Proven track record in program management within the ICT sector

  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing), any additional language is an asset

  • Proficiency with IT Transformation, Change Management and Security Management

  • People management skills / experience

  • Self-starter

  • Excellent organization skills, with strong work ethic and able to interact and cooperate with people at all levels in an organization

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Strong management skills

  • Strong vendor management skills, at ease with contract management and dealing with contract terms and conditions

  • Experience with cloud computing and cloud-based solutions

  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 and Azure skills

  • Able and willing to travel frequently
