Join Honeywell as EMEA Manufacturing Sites Director and be a part of leading and directing operations for premier integrated supply chain manufacturing plants for the Building Management System (BMS) business in the EMEA region. You will ensure the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will develop a team that supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will use your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.


Use your expertise and acumen in Plant Management to lead a team of manufacturing support to drive cross-function collaboration to achieve joint success.


Use your agility to balance business needs, aggressive timelines and functional goals


Be a strategic leader by establishing team direction, schedules, and key objectives with a focus on driving excellence and continuous improvement


Strategic responsibilities


  • Provides strategic direction for the plant and related ISC activities and assists in the development of the business strategy planning.

  • Develop and execute strategies for increased customer satisfaction, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, working capital management, and effectively introduce new products/processes for growth.

  • Ensure that financial productivity and plant/product transition projects are successfully executed.

  • Together with the Supply Chain Management team, build consensus with Gold Business Enterprise leaders and other internal and external customers and partners.

  • Drive culture change, accountability and continuous improvement

  • Management of a multi-business campus

    25 Ensure plant maintenance program execution

    25 Develop supervisors of individual contributors

    25 Lead productivity improvement projects

    25 Resource management in a dynamic environment



You have


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Administration or related fields

  • Advanced English Language Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Full experience in plant operations and Supply Chain Management

  • Ability of prioritizing tasks and managing conflicting priorities

  • Ability to communicate with other areas (in/out) of the plant

  • Strong experience in Management roles in similar companies

  • Experience in leading senior staff

  • Six Sigma Green-Belt and DFSS Certification (minimum within 6 months)

  • Extensive leadership experience

  • Fosters collaboration and diversity

  • Quick response and proactive mindset to get results

  • Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others

  • More than 10 years of experience in Management Roles in similar companies

  • Experience handling transition projects
