We offer an attractive and dynamic work environment with a high focus on developing people.  We are currently looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join our Legal Affairs & Corporate Communications team in Europe, Middle East and North Africa (EMENA). 
Key responsibilities
 Working closely with the Head of Internal Communications, the Internal CommunicationsSpecialist will be responsible for:  

  • Engaging colleagues with Nestlé Purina’s purpose, values and business strategy through creation and implemention of communication strategy and plans.

  • Ensuring brand and corporate communication initiatives (e.g. Pets at Work; Purina in Society) are supported and appropriately communicated within the organisation.

  • Developing and managing employee events and workshops as required (e.g. senior leadership conferences, ‘town hall’ style events, webcasts).

  • Supporting organisational change activities, acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on internal communications best practice.

  • Producing a wide range of accurate, well written and high-quality internal communications plans, tools, toolkits and employee materials to support business projects and initiatives.

  • Championing the use and development of internal social media platforms and digital tools (Workplace by Facebook, intranet, video), including managing online employee communities and ensuring timely flow of news.

  • Developing a strong internal communication culture within the organisation by working with a skilled network of internal communicators within the markets


Education and experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in internal communications

  • Outstanding written skills, editorial judgment and oral skills in English

  • Experience working with senior leaders on communications

  • Master or Bachelor degree

  • Project management skills

  • Another European language desired (French would be an asset)
