Financial Analyst - JBS Finance & Treasury

Cilag GmbH International belongs to Johnson & Johnson family of companies and includes several business units from the Pharmaceutical, Consumer and Medical Devices sectors. Cilag GmbH International is an International Sourcing Center of the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical division handling the supply chain of the Janssen-Cilag Group. For the Swiss Janssen Business Service (JBS) group, we are looking for a:

 
FINANCIAL ANALYST
 
This person would be a member of the Finance & Treasury team and is located in Zug. The tasks include the following:
 
Hedging / Treasury

 

- Provide business support to global hedge functions, including coordination of the planning process, challenging assumptions, identifying process improvements as well as educating business partners on FX duties, concepts and tools

- Building understanding of the business while developing business cases and scenario analysis

- Hedge accounting (Mark-to-Market FX, Maturity entries, OCI releases and reconciliations)

- Perform balance sheet hedge analysis, hedge effectiveness and in-effectiveness analysis and postings where needed

- Participate in the group to further develop the global, cross-sector FX tool (collaboration with Belgium team)

 
Accounting / Closing 

- Perform monthly account reconciliations (GR/IR, payments, clearing) for Cilag GmbH International

- Execute and align with counterparties on monthly netting run

- Responsible for cash and cash related accounts in Cilag GmbH International (reconciliations, masterdata)

- Prepare and complete all financial entries and closing for Janssen Holding GmbH including reporting to corporate

- Back-up for Cilag Holding AG accountant
 
Others

- Point of contact for several business partners

- Revision of SOX workflows (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) and perform various cycle tests

- Ensure Sox Compliance in the area of responsibility

- Backup of other accountants

- Cash Flow forecast

- Preparation of various ad-hoc requests for management

- Participation on various projects

- Participation on various business meetings




Qualifications


Qualifications

- Commercial / University education- Swiss Federal Accountant certification desired- Excellent technical and analytical skills- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar job- Experience to work with large databases- Business fluent in German and English

- Proficient user of the MS Office applications (esp. Excel), as well as SAP

- Motivated and detail oriented team player 

The position will be based in Zug, Switzerland and requires sporadic travel mainly to Belgium.
