The Challenge:


Are you an expert in Regulatory Affairs for animal nutrition and health (ANH) products and do you want to be part of a team with exciting challenges, then this might be the opportunity you are looking for!


 


We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager (m/f) to join our global regulatory affairs department within DSM Nutritional Products based in Kaiseraugst, Switzerland. Our team members are specialized into business segments and you will be in charge of requesting data, opening and writing European Dossiers for ANH products, as well as managing related product compliance and customer complaints. The starting date is as soon as possible.


 


The Position:


 



  • Lead the joint efforts for the development of the global product approval strategy in a timely and accurate manner

  • Manage the Dossiers preparation for Product approval in collaboration with R&D, Product and Project Management based on the global regulatory affairs strategies. Adapt and submit the dossiers to the Regional authorities, follow up on the approval process

  • Work with Product Management and production sites to ensure regulatory compliance of DSM products

  • Provide input on changing regulatory environments and the related impacts on DSM business

  • Support issue management related to product-quality aspects e.g. impurity complaints in close cooperation with all internal function (e.g. Quality Assurance, Marketing & Sales)


 


The Ideal


 



  • PhD or Master of Science degree in chemistry or life sciences

  • 4+ years’ in-depth experience in Regulatory Affairs. Preferred experience in animal health and nutrition products

  • Interdisciplinary knowledge in the areas Analytics, Chemistry and production process, Biology and Toxicology. Experience and ability in working across functions

  • Good communication and collaboration, flexibility and interest in working on a broad range of tasks

  • Fluent spoken and written English, other additional European languages being an asset
