• You will be working in the Swiss Detailed Accounting Ledger development organization with a development team of 6 people. The working place will be in Zurich at our office in CS Tower, ZH-Oerlikon. This role is part of a global team with members in Switzerland and India


• You are an active member of the Senior Engineering team responsible for


• Delivering new solutions and enhancements for Financial Accounting


• Maintaining one of the most critical application groups for Group Finance CH and Swiss Universal Bank with more than 100 interfaces


• Contributing to architectural strategies and design covering the Swiss gateway functions


• You will be working in a multi-functional team with business analysts, dev-ops and support staff to deliver software solutions utilizing Agile methodology whenever possible


• You are responsible and individual contributor for technical analysis, design, development and implementation of complex components as well as enhancements, optimizations and improvements of PL1/DB2 components.


• You will be contributing to determining deliverables, staffing and schedules.

 

You Offer

 

 

• You are a Senior PL1 developer with several years’ experience and a real passion for quality, good design, clean code and hands-on experience with Workbench and ChangeMan.


• You are familiar with the range of new functionalities with E-PLI, Macros, etc.


• You bring a solid working knowledge of JCL, Control-M and MQ


• You have excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, DB2 SQL and experience working with PL/SQL


• You are agile-minded and ideally follower of Scrum/Kanban model, but also open to waterfall.
