• A chance to become part of the newly setup and dynamic Front Support Center servicing international private banking clients located in Zurich


• As a team leader, you take over the responsibility for delivering on the mandate as well as for developing your team. The aim of the Basic Banking Services team is to support the Front organization with


• 
  
  
  
  • Advise on payments, credit cards, CS Invest and online banking
  
  
  • Checking formalities and activating/ modifying/ terminating products in the systems
  
  
  • Escalating cases to the providers
  
  


• You handle special client cases and escalations that require high priority


• You are involved in projects and drive improvement as well as digitization of internal processes


• A challenging job with daily contact with both Front and Back Office as well as other stakeholders within the bank

 

You Offer

 

• Completed banking/ commercial apprenticeship, further education is a strong plus but not a necessity


• Experience in a role as a team leader or equivalent experience (deputy team leader, project manager) (1-3 years)


• Can do attitude and ability to motivate a diverse team


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to manage complexity and to take decisions under time pressure


• Fluency in English, any other language is an asset
