The opportunity to provide solution-oriented counseling for line managers and employees
Support the reintegration to work before/after a prolonged absence due to illness or accident
Collaboration with external specialists and providers (insurance and SVA/disability services, pension fund) as well as internal specialists such as Employee Relations, HR Counseling, Employment Law, and HR Business Partners
A role to process administrative and co-ordinative tasks, e.g. documentation of cases, calculation of insurance deadlines, and correspondence with clients

You Offer
A university degree or equivalent education in social work, health and/or counseling
A validated HR background; experience in the fields of health and/or mental illness is helpful
You bring deep knowledge in case management and counseling experience
You are a dedicated problem solver with strong communication and negotiation skills as well as project management capabilities
Fluency in German and English; French and Italian language skills are a plus
