• A challenging and demanding role as Junior Consultant in the Office of the Group COO; located in the heart of Zürich


• In this function you work on cross divisional business change projects, as well as on broader Group COO topics 


• You are part of a team that is responsible for the solution design and delivery against committed plans as well as the alignment of solutions across the bank


• You also help to prepare reports, presentations and workshop materials for top management


• You get the chance to interact with a wide group of stakeholders including senior management across Group COO and other divisions


• You receive broad insight into some of the most pressing topics within the global banking business

You Offer

 

• University degree or equivalent education


• 2-5 years of experience, ideally, a first experience in consulting, with experience in preparing and running workshops, banking experience is a bonus. PMO experience is highly regarded, especially project tracking and reporting


• Versatile self-starter and fast learner, able to quickly digest new information and learn new topics. Keen attention to detail 


• Able to think conceptually and then propose pragmatic solutions to challenges


• High energy, flexibility and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude


• Comfortable with working with ambiguity and working to reduce this


• Resilient, able to manage own time effectively, reprioritize correctly and deliver reliably in a deadline oriented environment


• Able to form a support network and collaborate to get things done


• Experienced in using MS-Office tools, both technically and in being able to put a concept across


• Excellent spoken and fluent written English is essential
