Your tasks

• Scientific correspondence including maintenance of contacts with industry and collaboration partners

• Documentation of scientific achievements within the NR: registration of grants, reporting of publications to ZORA and maintenance of the scientific part of the NR homepage

• Assistance in the creation and finalization of academic reports, grant proposals and ethics committee applications

• Organization of scientific courses and systematic documentation of teaching provided by the NR employees

• Assistance with literature search and support in compiling references in a publication

• Documentation, coordination and invoicing of pharmaceutical studies based on our quality management system

• Help with layout for publications, talks, and books

• Data management of the NR homepage

Your profile

• A keen interest in scientific research, teaching and its organization

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (natural sciences or biomedical disciplines)

• Prior experience in contracts and accounting as well as in correspondence with internal and external collaboration partners

• Fluent (spoken and written) in German, English and ideally French

• Experience in quality management would be an asset

• Computer literacy (MS Office, graphical software, data bank management)

The Department of Neuroradiology (NR) at the University Hospital Zurich invites applications for a full- or part-time position of a scientific assistant. The successful candidate will assist the head of the Department (Prof. Dr. Christoph Stippich) as well as the Group Leader of the research group (PD Dr. Lars Michels) with organizational topics within the framework of research and lecturing.
