We Offer
In this role you will be part of the First Line Control Unit (FLCU) team, covering the whole IWM, based in the heart of Zurich
You will deepen your experience in risk management topics related to Private Banking Business such as Investor Protection, Suitability & Appropriateness (Product and Client Risks), Cross Border (travel & non-travel activities, CB Manual, Licenses, etc.) and Fraud Prevention
You are responsible for the preparation and performance of all existing Operations Control Tasks (MICOS), the timely communication of the control results and suggested corrective measures to the Relationship Managers and line managers
You will be in charge of the preparation of the Supervisory Controls Tasks for all Market Area Heads in IWM and support FLCU Head, including the communication to the Market Area Heads and presentation to the Risks Committee Meetings
The opportunity to provide the adequate qualitative information to support the Subjects Matters Experts (SME) in identifying risk patterns based on control results and discussing them collaboratively with internal partners

You Offer
You possess a University degree or banking apprenticeship completed with a higher education
You are experienced in the risk management, audit or compliance area, preferably within the financial industry
If you have knowledge of the Wealth Management business, products, and front-to-back process this is an advantage
If you bring a sound knowledge and understanding of the regulatory landscape this would be a plus
A strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and proactively; you are a good teammate with a can-do attitude and problem solving skills
The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships within the team, with management and senior business partners
Personality that desires to work in a highly dynamic and fast moving environment with a highly diligent and reliable way of working
You are fluent in English, German or any other market specific language skills are a distinctive advantage
