Job Description


Join us in our Dental Service Organization Unit and become part of our Global DSO Team in Basel. We are looking for you as Global DSO Customer Success Manager - Next Generation Dentistry (NGD) (f/m/x). In this role, you will report directly into the Head DSO Customer Success Management & Development and be responsible for the development of the NGD business within the DSO customer segment.


The Next Generation Dentistry product portfolio is a newly launched portfolio of products and solutions addressing the prevention of tooth loss and tooth esthetics, addressing among others indications such as prevention and treatment of caries, periodontal diseases and tooth whitening and further solutions addressing the needs of General Practitioners in dentistry.


The role holder will coordinate activities, further development of portfolio and creation of sales materials with the global Product Management NGD and create marketing and pursuit plans, offer and roll-out concepts together with the Key Account Management DSO and the local country organizations.


 


YOUR RESPONSIBILITY


Product Management NGD DSO



  • Create DSO-specific focus offering from Straumanngroup’s NGD product portfolio and support NGD Product management to further shape the NGD product portfolio


  • Establish and continuously refine DSO specific value proposition, DSO related business cases and messaging for NGD offering 


  • Responsible for planning, implementing and follow-up launch of NGD product portfolio for DSO customer segment


  • Initiate, plan and follow up marketing plan related to DSO customers for our NGD offering in cooperation with Product Management NGD and DSO account managers


  • Ensure we meet the overall business objective for our NGD offering with DSO customers and take corrective actions and follow up in a timely manner


  • Provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis, compile product related comparison related to our NGD business


  • Key contact person for DSO Sales and Key Account Managers to answers product related questions from customers and the field



Business Development NGD DSO



  • Jointly with Head of Sales DSO Europe and North America identify and define business focus in budget and regular planning cycles (target accounts, pursuit plan)


  • Drive the uptake our NGD offering by engaging directly clinical directors within DSOs and clinicians, build reference clinics, create business opportunities 


  • Set-up and manage pilots with reference clinics, create links to internal academies, validate fit with/required changes to SOPs


  • Create and support proposals jointly with colleagues in DSO sales related to our NDG offering


  • Create relationships to KOLs within the DSO organization to support our NGD offering


  • Define implementation plans for roll-outs within DSOs jointly with DSO account managers as well as local country  and sales management


  • Ensure customer success with our NGD business proposition – support customers in reaching their business targets and leveraging the business benefits related to our NGD offering



Qualifications


YOUR PROFILE



  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience


  • At least 3 years' experience in Product Management related functions, preferably in medical device or dental industry


  • At least 2 years experience in a Business Development or sales related function


  • Strong capabilities in English (speaking and writing) is a must, further languages a plus


  • Experience in Project Management and solid analytical skills


  • Experienced in working in matrix organization with strong track record of working in a global set up


  • Dynamic, straight-forward and performance-driven professional with strong execution abilities, can-do attitude and strong communication & presentation skills


  • Resilient – able to adapt and perform in changing customer and organizational environments


  • Self-starter with ability to develop things, using previous experience, institutionalizing processes without giving up entrepreneurship


  • High willingness to travel
