Experienced Project Architect (Ref. 190311)

Excellent Russian & English Language Skills 

Possession of the B EU/EFTA Residence Permit

Personality

Knowledge & Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in the role of a project architect responsible for bringing creative ideas from conceptual development through to construction details and implementation


• Significant knowledge and experience in project execution on the Russian market


• Extensive drawing knowledge, skills and expertise in all project phases


• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


• Broad organisational, priority-setting and multitasking capabilities


• Exceptional detail and efficiency orientation

Language & Computing Skills

• Excellent fluent Russian and English language skills (oral and written)


• German language skills not a must, but highly advantageous


• Outstanding computing skills (AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MsOffice) 


• 3D programs (Studio Max, Rhino, Revit) and Sketch Up not a must, but highly advantageous

Special Requirements

• Possession of the B EU/EFTA residence permit is a must


• Willingness to travel is required
