Commissioning and Start-up Engineer (m/f)
Your tasks
In this role you are responsible for start-up and commissioning of chemical plants, mainly in Polymer. You prepare and implement the start-up of chemical plants according to agreed terms and conditions. In addition, you assume additional tasks in process engineering, especially in periods of lower commissioning and start-up activity.
By sharing and discussing best practices, learnings and experience that you acquire on-site with the team, you contribute actively to continuous improvement and know-how transfer in the organization.
Your profile
For this interesting and demanding position, we are looking for a customer oriented individual with a Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. You have 5-10 years professional experience in process engineering / commissioning / start-up in a comparable environment, ideally in Polymer. A positive and pragmatic mind-set, combined with a team player attitude and high job dedication are expected. We look for someone who is committed in the long-term and is keen and curious to learn about the technology. Fluency in English is required. German and any other additional European language are an advantage.
We expect the flexibility and willingness to travel extensively, also at short notice. Candidates with valid permits from EU or Switzerland have first consideration.
