Director, Product and Solutions Lead
As part of the management team running the Philips brand within our organization, you are responsible for creating business propositions, specifying new hearing solutions and providing guidance to the product development processes based on market and customer insight’s and thus, showing the direction for the core business of the Philips brand. You will have a special focus on developing and driving the connected hearing health care strategy and interface with Philips and potentially other partners and bring innovative and market relevant hearing solutions into the Philips product and solutions portfolio while advocating customer needs throughout the development process.
Therefore, you must possess the ability to identify and establish highly competitive, ambitious but also realistic business opportunities in our product roadmap, and then execute on these in corporation with the product project programs in R&D.
This includes exploring future business cases and participating in product road maps as well as being an important link to and brand representative towards our multi-brand delivery organization in R&D, IT, Operations and Marketing. You need to understand international and local regulatory requirements of medical products and solutions in connected healthcare.
As member of the Philips brand committee, you run the brand release process and ensure branding compliance of the design and products.
You will report directly to the Philips brand responsible and join an international brand management team. In this position you intensively interface to different internal line organizations, projects and external stakeholders.
