In order to complete our Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Department, we are currently looking for aIS/IT Product Group Manager - Sales Execution.  


 


You will be responsible of a Product Group, managing product managers and teams. Your responsibilities will include to ensure that the full life cycle of all products, from ideation and strategy through continuous value management to retirement, is managed and the end-to-end value in scope (including IS/IT consumers’ adoption) is delivered in time and quality. You will be also responsible for achieving company objectives, monitoring and optimizing E2E flows as well as defining and implementing IS/IT initiatives. You will develop a deep understanding of the part of the business to which they are aligned and maintain strong relationships with the BRM and you will act as the single point of contact between BRMs and multiple IS/IT Product Managers. On the delivery side of the product group, you will be responsible for continuously managing the product group's value for money, increasing as much as possible the sharing above market. You will be also accountable for developing your teams' capabilities as well as the stakeholders receiving the capabilities and can deliver value to other product groups.                                                                      


 


Key responsibilities  



  • Work with the BRM, product managers, enterprise architect and business analyst(s) to define vision and develop high level product group strategy that ties to the overall business strategy and identified potential of business value increase, all in accordance to culture attributes and overall IS/IT strategy

  • Apply product management discipline to full scope of accountability and to each product within the product group(s) and proactively manages product life cycle

  • Orchestrate internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions and roadmaps. Work across the organization — with stakeholders, suppliers, other product managers and Office of the CIO to ensure product (group) success globally

  • Contribute to embedding digital opportunities in business strategy, including the company’s product and channel strategies

  • Accountable for how the product group and all products fit into Nestlé ecosystem

  • Oversee the long-term business capability automation and digitalization roadmap for the business outcomes the products and the product group deliver

  • Act as the point of contact for the Product Group and works closely with business relationship managers to rapidly provide value to the business

  • Identify and evangelizes business and technology trends that can improve the product group’s business outcomes

  • Provide transparency and create buy-in across all stakeholders inside and outside IS/IT organization and inside teams on the vision and all objectives along the product life cycle

  • Ensure a shared understanding of the product group and its products in particular on how to market and sell it (for BRMs at the Centre and in the markets), to deliver and operate it (for product teams) and to measure its success (for performance manager and BRMs)

  • Ensure that reporting provided by the performance manager is analyzed for insights on product impact and adoption in market (actuals versus plan). Monitor specific key value indicators (KVIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve the product value for Nestlé and is responsible for retiring the product at end of life based on KVIs and KPIs

  • Ensure that the competitive landscape, specifically for TCO / value for money is analyzed and the product strategy informed before and during product life

  • Participates in the IS/IT governance processes that enable prioritization across multiple options

  • Support the business governance processes (e.g. automation that would remove business headcounts or drastically impact business ways of working) 

  • Ensure      increases in product adoption, customer and consumer satisfaction and other value indicators

  • Are accountable for ensuring all applications within their product are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements. Is responsible for translating the business risk appetite into requirements for the full product stack                                         

  • Create the context and select talents for the future by creating alignment, leading by example, promoting an open culture and our values in a sustainable way, and in addition recruiting and onboarding people and plan capabilities for the future

  • Develop people: coach, define effective (70-20-10) development plan and asses talent, building the right capabilities for the team and for the organization long-term success

  • Drive performance: empower and enable people, give and receive feedback, evaluate and differentiate performance, constantly challenge the set up organization to ensure its results and effectiveness

  • Recognize achievements: give and receive recognition, reward performance     


Required Profile



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science or field related to the product


  • Demonstrated experience in a product based IS/IT organization

  • 8+ years experience in IS/IT (e.g BA, PM ...)

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards and of various software development methodologies (e.g. agile, waterfall)


  • Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area of salesforce automation and execution (from prospect and leads, merchandizing and retailer execution)


  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies

  • Working knowledge of APIs & integration, consumer research and UI/UX

  • Understanding of how the technologies are applied in the scope by best-in-class companies


  • Organization: Above-average organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time


  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English


  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
