Leads the technical/engineering expertise and ownership for a Fire Safety software set of products, aligning product development with business value, firestop engineering standards, and customer/market needs. This role provides continuous alignment with other product stakeholders to provide industry and firestop engineering expertise – assisting with roadmap priority and articulation of value propositions for software products. Technical Product Managers collaborate heavily with the fire safety expert community, software development, and product owner resources to provide expertise in firestop systems, lead the process of firestop system data entry, and own the process of data validation within firestop software – ensuring accurate technical decisions related to firestop systems within the software products. The role ultimately serves as the primary subject matter expert in relation to fire safety systems represented within software products.
