To support our Legal & Integrity Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a proactive and service-oriented person with the ability to work in a cross-divisional team as a:
 
TMS Training & Support Coordinator
Your duties


  • Supporting football stakeholders worldwide on the use of regulatory systems via phone and e-mail

  • Collaborating with second level support to solve legal and technical queries

  • Developing/Creating presentations, training material and online education such as Help Centre and e-learning

  • Training users from different countries and cultures

  • Organizing and moderating conferences and workshops

  • Creating surveys and satisfaction tools to collect feedback from users

  • Drafting and coordinating communications,such as newsletters and release notes

  • Developing, improving and maintaining methodologies and processes

  • Supporting the administration of IT tools used by the team/acting as the contact point for any issues relating to the IT tools used by the team

Our requirements


  • University degree in business management, social sciences, communications or equivalent

  • 1 to 5 years’ experience in customer service, training or relevant field

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office

  • Fluent in English, French and Spanish (spoken and written skills). German is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented and ability/willingness to travel

  • Team player and innovative thinker
