UX/ UI Specialist (100%)

This role will work closely in Digital cross-functional team to create functional and intuitive designs that provide our users with the best customer experience across Manor's digital touch points. The ideal candidate has an obsession for the customer, attention to detail in a complex space, and the ability to communicate effectively.

• Derive business processes, analyze user needs, assist in requirements definition, design browser-based interfaces, and design and conduct usability testing


• Create and refine screen prototypes


• Create Personas and Scenarios of Use


• Define and implement A/B, MV tests and follow up


• Elicit business goals and user needs from stakeholders


• Use quantitative and qualitative data to advocate for and design innovative solutions


• Assist with coordination of project task and activities relates to User Interface and User Experience

• BS / BA degree in some combination of the following: Interaction Design, Information Science, Cognitive and/or Behavioral Psychology as well as 2-4 years of dedicated field experience


• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly articulate UX/UI concepts and rationale


• Proven experience creating sketches, storyboards, workflow diagrams, low and high fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes for digital and commerce experiences


• Working knowledge of standard UX design and research tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, User testing tool


• Good knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript


• Native German or French speaker and fluent English is mandatory
