In order to reinforce the Product Development Team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne , Switzerland, SWATCH Ltd. is currently recruiting a

PROJECT MANAGER CUSTOMIZATION (F/M)

In this role you are responsible for the development and management of customized products and projects. The responsibility includes the following tasks:

Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Create and launch new customization concepts


• Collect market trends and competitor information relevant regarding customization


• Coordinate demands of the subsidiaries and be an ambassador for the SWATCH customization concepts


• Ensure the timely development of the assigned models and concepts in close collaboration with suppliers, internal and external teams


• Carry out margin analysis and calculate pricing


• Ensure legal protection in collaboration with Coordinator Product Development


• Create and hold product presentations for internal and external stakeholders


• Control and correct marketing pictures & PR texts


• Support the Customization Manager in ad-hoc tasks

Profile

Main focus of the position is the management of projects around customization projects. These tasks require a strong competence in project management and networking with peers. The projects include the management of project in close collaboration with the suppliers and the SWATCH internal departments.

All tasks include the analysis and control of budgets, invoices, offers and transfer prices as well as project coordination with other SWATCH internal departments (Logistics & Procurement, Communication, Sales, Merchandising and Event/Sponsoring).

Professional requirements

We are searching for a person with a degree in Commercial School or relevant background with strong knowledge of Marketing and Product Management. Ideally, you have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Languages

Your fluency in English enhances your strong communication skills. Every other language such as French or German is a plus.
