For our sales office in Zürich we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to start in February 2019 or upon agreement to join our sales team for the EF High School Exchange Year program.  

Your responsibilities 

A diverse set of tasks ranging from sales and customer support, in person, online and by phone over administrative tasks all the way to marketing projects ensure high personal and professional development.

• Sale of and consultations for the EF High School Exchange Year program: by phone, in person and online


• Intensive customer care before, during and after their exchange year


• Organization and execution of the exchange year for students booked on the program


• Execution of the selection process during the admission process incl. support in the compilation of the students’ application files


• Daily contact in English within the company


• External representation of the company at fairs, events and info meetings


• Execution of preparation events and meetings for the exchange students and their parents


• Conceptualization of new sales ideas and initiation, planning and implementation of own/new marketing ideas


• Responsibility for our Social Media presence


• Management of the Ambassador Program (former students)

Your profile:

• Native language Swiss German with very good English skills


• Higher education (Uni/FH/HF) ideally in tourism, business or communications


• At least one year of relevant work experience


• International experience in the form of an exchange year or a language stay abroad


• Strong interest in sales, especially over the phone and through personal consultations


• Ambitious and proactive personality going the extra-mile and taking ownership


• Fast learner and efficient at daily tasks


• Open, communicative and team-oriented


• Steadiness of mind even in stressful situations
