Must haves
• BA/BS degree
• Experience designing and delivering training and ideally in sales and/or sales management
• Experienced and effective in different training settings, commands attention and can manage groups,
• Familiar with sales methodologies, commercial concepts, procedures and practices
• Familiar with Adult Learning Principles and instructional design principles / Learning Management System
• Used to work in a European environment and in virtual teams
• Fluent in English – written and spoken
• Computer skills: MS office
• Willingness to travel intensively within EMEA
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to connect and quickly create relationships with people at all levels of the organization. Able to partner with senior leadership team members
• Able to influence, drive adoption of new processes & tools by articulating their value proposition
• Organisational skills
• Business Acumen, driven for results and able to articulate own value proposition
• Critical, analytical and strategic thinker
Nice to haves
• Experience coaching
• Additional European language, like French or others like German, Italian, Spanish or another local language
• Knowing already the healthcare industry - medical device or pharma industry
• Knowledge of a CRM such as SalesForce.com
• Knowledge of a Learning Managemet System such as Cornerstone
