Academic qualification: Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in Economics and Computer Science or similar.

You will work as a junior Business Engineer (BE) in the challenging field of Record and Information Management (RIM) and are part of the Business Engineering Team of IBM FileNet P8 platforms
You are responsible for ensuring that business requirements are clearly identified, prioritized and specified to be implemented by appropriate technical and or business process solutions
You will analyze, document and validate business requirements and engineers process flows
You identify system and process solution components as well as produce functional specifications for solution components or integrated solutions
You have the opportunity to learn and perfect your business engineering and requirement engineering skills within a motivated international team, a challenging regulatory domain and an interesting technical environment
You will review and rework of the change request process with business and setup the tools to support the process

You offer:
High sense of responsibility and independent working practice, showing initiative and high level of reliability
Your experiences in theoretical knowledge about Business and Requirements Engineering (e.g. Use Case modeling, UML) enables you to contribute to the team’s success
If you have basic knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and the experience with the setup, configuration and usage of the tools JIRA as well as Confluence this would be a plus
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
Do you possess strong interpersonal skills and proven theoretical financial know-how?
Do you show the ability to work effectively with team members and are dedicated to take on responsibility?
Do you speak fluent English and have a good working knowledge of German?
