Territory Lead / Sales Representative in St-Gallen & Appenzell


We are currently looking to hire a field based Territory Lead for the Swiss Market with PHILIP MORRIS S.A., for the regions of St-Gallen East and Appenzell with attractive hiring conditions.


You will be responsible to grow our business in your territory, focusing on Heat Not Burn category, while putting our (adult-)consumer at the core.


You will join our Swiss German Regional Deployment team, reporting to the Area Head and work in close collaboration with our Sales Experts and IQOS Coaches teams.


Responsibilities:


• Grow Philip Morris products market share, focusing on the new Heat not Burn category, within the assigned Territory


• Prepare Territory plan in line with Philip Morris strategy to meet defined objectives within agreed deadlines, by leveraging on our product & services as well as provided resources in the most efficient manner.


• Follow-up, monitor and report activities on a regular basis, providing improvement recommendations.


• Identify willing and capable personnel at Point of Sale (POS) in order to establish long term preferential business relationships.


• Motivate, inform, support and train the POS personnel to increase market share of Philip Morris products.


• Negotiate partnership agreements within the framework of the Trade Incentive Program.


• Conduct Trade Engagement programs based on Consumer and Retailer profiles.


• Support POS to perform and fulfill the agreements PMSA made. Keep POS informed & up to date on Philip Morris products, new launches and limited editions. Maintain relationship by periodic visits.


• Ensure optimum visibility and distribution of Philip Morris with optimum presence of Point Of Sale Material (POSM) material.


• Provide inputs to other function within the area for activations with Sales Experts and IQOS Coaches which will then contribute to your Territory overall results.


Qualifikation


• Bachelor Degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Hotel Management


• Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills, combined to an entrepreneurial spirit


• Successful experience in the domain of sales (ideally field sales)


• Previous experience in FMCG


• Fluent in German (English and/or French is an advantage)


• Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office)


• Driving license
