At our Headquarter in Basel, we are currently looking for a Manager Customer Success and Operations. The role holder leverages available and also drives new innovative solutions to ensure on-time availability of our products and services and the management of respective operational effectiveness. This encompasses also customer facing, consultative activities to help customers grow, streamline supply chain activities and realize working capital gains.
The role encompasses all Straumann Group solutions offered, from implant treatment solutions to CAD/CAM prosthetics, to digital dentistry, to clear aligners including also solutions and workflows realized with external partners.
