Senior Manager – Global Licensing
Your duties


  • Managing all aspects of the master license contract in regards to the implementation of the licensing & retail programme for FWC & FWWC

  • Implementing a strategy for a FIFA lifestyle range

  • Developing the FIFA historical marks licensing programme

  • Developing FIFA Museum OLP programme

  • Defining product categories and respective objectives including financial projections

  • Analysing current and potential licensees strengths and weaknesses

  • Identifying market trends and retail opportunities

  • Supporting the legal department in the draft of licenses and retail agreements

  • Ensuring agency and licensees compliance with license agreement terms and conditions

  • Ensuring timeliness of all financial obligations

  • Developing and implementing the onsite retail programme for events

  • Supervising the licensing managers monitor product and marketing materials to enforce proper use of rights and marks

  • Ensuring quick response to licensees approval

  • Preparing quarterly and annual forecasts

  • Supporting the definition of the next cycle Licensing & Retail strategy and preparation of tender documents and contracts

Our requirements


  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years in the licensing industry and a good understanding of the e-commerce landscape and evolution

  • Business or Law degree

  • Solid Financial Acumen

  • Proficiency in reviewing contracts and managing contract process

  • Excellent in using MS Office; familiarity with royalty reporting administration system software and with approvals system software

  • Good understanding of product development and of distribution models

  • Proficiency in reviewing contracts and managing contract processes

  • Excellent presentation skills and account management skills

  • Strategic thinker with sound analytical and negotiation skills

  • Detailed-oriented, multi-tasker with positive “can do” attitude
