We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial-spirited Social Media Manager to shape and drive our Social Media strategy and activities as well as collaborate in the design and execution of cross-channel Digital Marketing campaigns, directly supporting divisional business targets for the EMEA and LatAm regions. Exciting opportunity to showcase the increasing potential of Social Media in influencing business outcomes, building and executing the Social Media strategy through competitive and digital trends research, benchmarking, post-campaign and audience analysis
You will have the responsibility to lead specific Social Media campaigns (conceptualization, drafting, targeting, publishing, analysis, review and learnings)
Accountability to generate, edit, publish and share content (text, images, graphics and video) that engages our target audiences and to continuously improve content through performance analysis, a/b testing and review of best practices
In this position you have the possibility to collaborate in planning and executing cross-channel campaigns in international markets, including Search Engine Marketing, display advertising, email marketing and others.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies partnering with supporting agencies and the Front colleagues in the various markets to achieve divisional targets
Collaborate in-team to create state-of-the-art landing pages and optimize user experience
You will partner with marketing, communications, media relations and corporate branding teams to build fruitful initiatives that support overall objectives
Act as the Social Media expert providing insights into usage best-practices and championing internal adoption in the IWM division

You possess a University degree and demonstrable experience in Social Media, communication, digital marketing and/or content creation
Ability to understand important metrics for social and digital content as well as to draw credible conclusions regarding performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
You are experienced with Social Media Advertising and with SMMS and Social Media Listening platforms (Hootsuite would be an advantage)
Solid Project Management skills with experience in successfully managing projects internationally
If you have knowledge of Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics this would be a plus
You describe yourself as someone with a collaborative working style, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to quickly establish a network and to work under tight deadlines
Entrepreneurial mind-set including big-picture thinking, client-focus and eye for business, solution oriented
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
You are passionate about global issues and international affairs
You are fluent in English, Spanish or Italian language skills are a distinctive advantage
