• You an exciting and broad position in the challenging ITS Cross Asset Execution department which resides in Global Markets division


• A rare chance to become an integral part of our small and impactful team of highly motivated specialists in the diverse environment of Cross Asset Execution Risk and Business Management based in Zurich


• You will have the role to support the head international locations and become a key contact person for the Execution desks in 9 International Offices in Europe, the Middle East and Americas


• You the accountability to drive the department’s operational risk activities (policies and controls, governance, audit preparations and support, operational incident management, definition and implementation of risk mitigating actions and other risk related processes)


• You have the opportunity to contribute to projects and ad-hoc tasks, as well as the chance to lead sub-projects


• Gaining insights and developing capabilities in other business management areas such as reporting & controlling, financial regulations, IT platform/infrastructure, project management etc.


• Building a diverse network within the organization by partnering with key  business partners across different functions and divisions including Business Risk Management, Operational Risk Management

• A University degree or comparable education, e.g. apprenticeship with further qualifications


• At least 2-5 years of work experience in banking, preferably in the area of Operations/Middle Office, Risk and/or Business Management


• You have product knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, Securities Execution or Capital Management Business is a requirement


• Microsoft application advanced user skills including Excel (e.g. formulae and macros), PowerPoint, Word and Outlook


• You bring with a willingness to travel on a regular basis


• Strong communication skills in written and verbal English and German, any other language is considered an asset


• Keen perception with strong analytical and conceptual skills


• You are an open-minded, self-motivated, independent individual with strong soft skills and real team work affinity with a sense of humor and client service attitude
