  • An interesting team member role within the compliance organization Compliance Operations COO department in Zurich

  • Compliance Operations includes all functions that execute control activities along the client lifecycle enabling a holistic view and understanding of all risks and regulatory requirements identified, reviewed, assessed and mitigated

  • You will be responsible to further develop the existing knowledge management for Compliance Operations as well as for clients outside the organization (e.g. front business)

  • You will contribute that regulatory and policy changes are implemented into the Compliance Operations processes & procedure framework and have ownership for parts of it

  • A function in which you ensure that all processes & procedures in Compliance Operations are documented and standardized

  • An interesting coordination role for all training activities within the Compliance Operations organization and the opportunity to contribute to the continuous development of the training concept including global alignment

You Offer

 

  • A higher education preferably in Business Administration, Business Information Technology or alternatively a bank apprenticeship with further education


  • You have already gathered relevant working experience in the banking industry with a focus on Compliance; experience in KYC/AML would be a strong asset

  • Your experience in knowledge management and your high conceptual as well as analytical skills enable you to contribute to the teams success

  • Excellent command of German and English (verbal and written), further languages as additional advantage

  • Very good skills as a user of MS Office and MS SharePoint applications, knowledge in further compliance tools are beneficiary

  • You possess an independent, reliable and thorough way of working combined with an enthusiasm for Compliance topics

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments

  • Excellent coordination and organization skills with a high level of proactivity and reliability
