• A challenging Senior Controller position within the Product Control team that is the Financial Guardian of the Bank’s sales and trading activities


• You will be working with the businesses and the new business product groups to evaluate & integrate new products and businesses into our financial environment in a controlled manner.


• You take on the responsibility as Subject Matter Expert in various projects, for example, in the introduction of new Front Office or Back Office systems


• You provide reliable and meaningful financial information to the business managers, external partners and other relevant internal constituents.


• You execute controls to detect unauthorized trading or unusual activity and escalate in a timely manner to senior management


• You ensure complete, accurate and timely P&L, Balance Sheets and analysis


• Close collaboration with Senior Management in Trading, Front Office Support, Risk Management, Financial Accounting, Audit, Operations and IT

 

You Offer

 

• A university degree or an equivalent educational background, preferably with a major in finance and/or accounting (CPA, ACA is beneficial)


• At least 6 years’ experience in Product Control within a bank or financial institution and great knowledge of financial product


• Previous management experience is preferable


• Experience in Treasury is a plus


• Strong numerical and analytical skills, problem solving skills and critical thinking


• Strong sense of ownership, you work independently and take initiative


• Fluency in English


• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel
