• The rare chance to complement our team of highly motivated specialists in the dynamic ITS Platform Management team. Within International Trading Solutions (ITS), we are the central link between various internal business partners and the ITS technology department—our team is responsible for risk management systems & services and the legal document system in ITS Fixed Income & Wealth Management Product space.


• In this key role, your main focus will be on the central legal document application: you take over the business ownership and management of our legal document system covering OTC, repo, and securities lending & borrowing (SLB) netting agreements and the corresponding legal opinions.


• You have the unusual opportunity to collaborate closely with Legal, IT, ITS COO and various end-users in defining and executing the strategy as well as specifying the business requirements for our legal application system while building and maintaining positive working relationships with our external and internal partners.


• You will work in the inclusive role as Subject Matter Expert for legal document aspects in ongoing Regulatory Change programs (e.g., BCBS/IOSCO margin rules, SA-CCR/IMM, FRTB XVA) or in a daily business (e.g., supporting XVA management, exposure calculations, credit risk management and limit monitoring).


• It’s your opportunity to liaise with business partners (e.g., Desk, Legal, IT, Credit Risk Management, Collateral Management Unit, CRO Change, CCRO Regulatory Change) defining priorities and requirements in order to drive state of the art quality assurance standards/policies coordination and impact assessment related to regulatory and/or business strategy transformations.


• You develop and execute the strategy for improving data quality of existing physical and/or digital agreements in our legal application and take care of the data quality checks and ad hoc management reporting as required.

• You are passionate about financial markets/modelling, business transformation, technology and trading; if you have programming skills this would be a definite advantage


• You combine at least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar roles with a good understanding of the legal aspects in OTC-product area and their impact on portfolio risk management and RWA/capital calculations


• Prior experience with regulatory transformations or project management in the financial industry is an advantage


• Flexibility, structured mindset and a strong sense of ownership describe your work ethics


• You are fluent in English, German skills are an asset
