  • Being part of the International Wealth Management (IWM) Strategy & Projects department which has the mandate to shape our strategic priorities, further develop the diverse business portfolio and drive key strategic initiatives, jointly with the Division’s senior management

You Offer

 

  • An above-average university degree, ideally with a specialization in business, finance, economics or engineering

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience; optimally with a focus on banking, or a successful track record in a strategic project environment within a top tier strategy consultancy firm or global financial services corporation

  • Demonstrated ability in managing projects and strategic initiatives with initial leadership experience

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and results-driven way of working, and a track record of developing/implementing strategic recommendations in a business environment

  • Drive, creative energy and enjoyment in generating innovative solutions to complex and challenging problems

  • First-rate communication skills and experience in collaborating with various stakeholders across different hierarchy levels in a team environment

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to quickly gain trust and build solid working relationships

  • Fluency in English; German, French or other languages would be a plus but are not essential
