Job Description

We are looking for you as our temporary Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f) to support our Supply Chain team at the HQ in Basel with a direct reporting line to Head of Material & Demand Planning.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsible for all activities to optimize the dedicated chain within Supply Chain (order management, requisitions and backorder tracking in SAP)


• Inventory management, stock availability in SAP


• Act as a center point of contact and communicate intensively with internal key customers (mainly subsidiaries, business units, productions) to ensure the goods preparation timely in advance


• Support the lifecycle management in the supply chain


• Continuous improvement of the operational activities


• Working in logistic projects with a global focus

Qualifications

• Preferred 5y experience in the respective function


• Commercial apprenticeship or industrial engineering with a supply chain background or profound background in supply chain incl. order processing


• Fluent language skills in German and English (spoken and written)


• Professional user skills in SAP SD and MM modules are a must-have criteria


• Proven experience in an international material requirements planning environment


• Proven experience in logistics related optimization projects


• Team oriented, trustworthy person with a knowledge sharing and learning mindset


• Must feel comfortable in an agile environment


• Result-orientated individual with distinct interpersonal skills


• Communication and transparency are crucial success factors
