Job Description

The potential of digital business in our industry is huge - we have that in mind when we built up our Digital Business Unit last year. 

As  part of our growing Digital Business Unit (DBU) team you will take responsibility for the successful launch and life cycle management of a specific category within our digital portfolio for Dental practitioners, Dental labs and Dental service organizations.

Could be 3D Printing, Scanning Technology, Dental Monitoring, Software and Milling Technology and many other cool services and products. Planning and execution of product launches, overseeing the life cycle of the portfolio as well as developing new products and solutions.

As a "digital mind" you take care of many tasks around your product and as an active manager you work closely together with your colleagues in the Groups other departments and external partners.

You are role model when it comes to the Player-Learner-Mindset we are living here. Especially in the DBU you can live and feel the #ChangeMakers attitude because that is what drives success for us. Never be satisfied with the Status Quo always striving for making things better than yesterday.

Qualifications

Cool. What do you need to join us in this agile Team?

well, there is no fixed requsisition but with the following background you are probably a good match for us - and hopefully the other way round as well: 

• Academic degree in life sciences, technical, business administration or equivalent experience and / or Certified or Master Dental Technician with experience in additive manufacturing technology or Dental CADCAM technology


• Experience in Product Management or related functions


• Experience in managing product development projects


• Comfortable in working within a fast-paced, global business environment


• Team player with open and positive attitude as well as highly motivated, straight-forward thinking and performance-driven professional with “can-do” attitude


• Fluent English spoken and written, any other language is an advantage.
