To support our Head of Business Group Europe we are looking for a dynamic and pro-active


Executive Management Assistant (m/f)

Switzerland - Winterthur - 100%


Your responsibilities



  • Offer a state-of-the art Office Management incl. time planning and travel management

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing


  • Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager – acting as the first point of contact with people from both inside and outside of the organization


  • Ensure the deadlines are met, prepare and follow up of all meetings and tasks incl. a strict follow up of deadlines especially for BGEU EC meeting incl. minute taking


  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations


  • Event planning: Organization and preparation of annual BGEU Management


  • Planning of the BGEU annual calendar including all meetings and events in alignment with the Autoneum Corporate calendar


  • Create purchase orders in SAP, invoice administration


  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff and functions



Your qualifications



  • Administrative professional certificate, high school degree or college degree

  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position in an international environment

  • Good economic knowledge and understanding of automotive business and organization is an advantage

  • Excellent knowledge in German and English


  • Knowledge of all MS office programs


  • Service-minded, loyal and trustworthy, responsible and independent way of working, open-minded, cultural sensitivity, discreet, adaptability, good interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and to prioritize assignments
