• You an interesting challenge in our Performance Management Team in Zurich - Uetlihof


• You are responsible for building up a competence center for advanced analytics for SUB Operations


• Identify areas for improvement and future projects through advanced analytics methods in our large pool of data (e.g. data mining, regression analysis, Machine Learning)


• Conduct regular partner meetings with a variety on internal and business partners


• You will define standards regarding advanced analytics tools and methodologies


• Incorporate requirements from Operations Service providers


• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and internal regulations


• You work in close collaboration with the Chief Data Office of the bank


• Possibility to craft the advanced analytics landscape and participation of bank-wide projects regarding advanced analytics (e.g. analytics in the cloud)

 

You Offer

 

• You have a University degree related to data science or an equivalent education


• Experience and track record in applying advance analytics methods to large pools of data


• You have strong working knowledge of the Hadoop Ecosystem, SQL, NoSQL, data warehousing


• Knowledge of banking operations is an asset


• You have change Management experience and knowledge of project procedures are an asset


• You gained experience in using Python and Tableau


• You have the ability to deal with and present to senior management


• Open-minded, service-oriented, structured and meticulous approach to work


• You are a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision


• You are able to work in a groundbreaking environment


• Quick grasp of new concepts, analytical way of thinking and strong problem solving skills


• You have very good command of German and English (spoken and written)
