For our Travel Retail team located in Volketswil ZH, we are looking for a

 

Travel Retail Europe Coordinator

 

Your Responsibilities

• Full responsibility of visual exchanges and Visual Merchandising (VM) updates following Marketing Calendar – Internal (retail team) and external communication (vendors)


• Organize shipping and tracking of deliveries of various materials such as product samples, VM tools and self-training material


• Work closely with TR Europe team to assist on ad-hoc presentations and reporting tasks


• Arrange filing system to keep record of all important documents


• Assist on retail sales reporting


• Assist on invoice processing


• Assist TR Europe team on internal events such as agendas alignment, hotel booking and other arrangement


• Assist TR Europe team on various administrative tasks

   

Your Qualifications

• A few years’ experience in a coordinator or assistant position


• Good interpersonal skills and effective in communication


• Able to multi-task


• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines


• Structured and organized as well as result-oriented


• Proficient in MS Office


• Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage
