In order to reinforce our Enterprise Testing Practice in the German speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for a

Performance Test Manager

capable of working in a variety of challenging IT environments. You will be expected to work on a number of challenging and technical projects at our clients. Your assignment includes design and management of performance tests for major customers. You will be expected to manage the test approach, prepare tests, manage test tool infrastructure, lead a team of test engineers and interpret and report results.

You will be supported by our team of experts who will help you to grow and develop your experience in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment.

Your Role:

• Manage performance test projects on different environments and applications such as Banking applications, e-commerce solutions, Web solutions, within agile and continuous integration environments


• Discuss performance test scopes with project stakeholders, manage and plan test resources (test infrastructure), interpret results and report back to management


• Provide input for go/no go decisions


• Manage teams of performance testers


• Work on projects on client sites, mainly in the Bern area, as well as Zurich / Basel

Your skills:

• All candidates should have a University degree in the field of IT/Engineering at a minimum 8 years of experience in IT.


• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience performance testing or comparable experience.


• Able to learn independently and on the job


• Development/network/technology experience a plus (JAVA, J2EE, SOA technologies)


• Experience with banking applications a plus


• Experience with test management solutions a plus


• Strong communication skills to understand the needs of the projects stakeholders and propose solution, report issues and present results


• German/English mandatory
