For our client in Bern Canton, we are looking for a:
Software Developer - DevOps
You are co-responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, operation and documentation of the automated processes in Streamworks.
You cooperate in development and infrastructure teams producing batch and process automation.
Optimizing and planning treatments in the test environment and the productive environment to ensure efficient and trouble-free operation is also your responsibility.
You analyze and solve batch job issues in development, integration and production environments and automate routine tasks.
You are responsible for providing test and development environments. You also support our team in setting up new services in the areas of process automation, batch jobs and test data management.
You will be active in the development of internal applications
You participate to Scrum meetings
You will help with troubleshooting and incident management
Software Developer - DevOps
Academic background in IT or equivalent experience on the ground
Very good knowledge of scripting is a must (Bash, PowerShell or other)
Good programming skills in Java or C# or others
Affinity with CI and CD tools and cloud technologies (Amazon AWS, Azure)
Affinity with continuous integration and delivery
Affinity with Containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Good knowledge of Linux and / or Windows
Good knowledge of English and at least a basic French
You are motivated, goal oriented, with excellent scripting skills and an undeniable DevOps mindset.
