Asset Management Middle Office Processing Specialist

We’re looking for someone like that to help us



  • Manage all post trade activity for Fixed Income, Equity products.


  • Ensure timely settlement of all client account activity


  • Resolve all discrepancies across global broker and custodial network.


  • Manage, mitigate, control and report all risk affiliated with trade processing


  • Ensure that Corporate Actions (CA) postings and instructions are processed in a timely manner


  • Handle internal and external client CA event enquiries


  • Liaise with our portfolio managers, brokers, custodians, legal and tax specialists on CA queries


  • Resolve CA cash and stock reconciliation discrepancies


  • Manage short deadline events due to late market announcement

Your team:


You’ll be working in the Asset Management Middle Office team in Zurich. We directly support the Asset Management business by providing services such as investment management accounting, client on-boarding and reporting, as well as trade processing. We are a multi-functional team with different skills and backgrounds. Our stakeholders are located in Switzerland, London and the US.


Your expertise:


You have:



  • 1-3 years of experience with Corporate Actions / Trade Processing


  • great computer skills and the willingness to learn



new programs


You are:



  • totally focused on client service


  • adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills


  • motivated, self-directed and driven (always staying up to date and improving)
