Your role:
Are you a multitasker and do you know how to juggle multiple tasks and projects while effectively prioritizing?

We're looking for someone like that to:
• Handle project management activities ranging from quick tasks to implementation of long term strategic topics (project planning, coordination, implementation, quality and cost management, escalation management)
• Take over responsibility for Origination Control Framework (OCF) processes, incl. coordination of core processes and guarantee of comprehensive process flow for introduction, enhancement and decommissioning of controls and corresponding audit trails
• Drive development of the OCF Operating Model (roles, responsibilities, governance, processes and methodologies) in close collaboration with all stakeholders
• Ensure End-to-End task completion within Business Risk Management, in particular for analyses, controls, sampling and reporting
• Drive together with your team strategic cross-functional Change-the-Bank (CtB) initiatives
• Support the strategic planning and budgeting process as well as financial tracking and controlling

Your team:
You’ll be working in the Business Risk Management (BRM) division in Zurich. We support the front units in managing their operational risks effectively and sustainably. Within BRM, you will be joining the Business Management team, supporting directly the Head BRM in her daily business. We drive the BRM strategy, ensure operational planning and coordinate several key initiatives. We are also responsible for communication measures and people development as well as coordination of several risk management committees.
Your expertise:
• excellent German and English language skills (written and oral)
• bachelor’s or master’s degree with a major in business / economics
• min. of 2-3 years postgraduate experience in banking / financial services or management consulting
• structured work style, confident working autonomously
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
