Your role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team as a key player in driving our transformation strategy forward. As a lead business analyst, you will,
– represent the Business interests in all aspects of change delivery.
– develop effective relationships across the Business, Technology and the wider organization.
– manage partner function engagement in our change deliveries.
– elicit and document business requirements, plans and key performance indicators (using an array of industry standard methodologies).
– survey, analyze and evaluate processes, products and services.
– manage the business touch points in the testing phases of the program.
– produce design artefacts which consider all aspects of design (functional, technical, process).
– ensure that operational processes and control design are robustly implemented.
– manage the transition into a production state and handover to \"run the bank\" post stabilization.

You’ll be working in the Treasury Assets Trading area which is part of the Group Treasury Transformation team in Zurich. The team is actively driving our innovation and transformation agenda, maintains and continuously enhances the Treasury's trading infrastructure, front-to-back processes and booking models. We collaborate with internal business partners, such as Financial Accounting and Control, Treasury and Market Risk Control, Operations and IT and ensure front-to-back process integrity and efficiency, while sustaining global controls & supervisory standards.

Your expertise:
You have:
– a degree in Business, Banking and Finance, Accounting or Economics
– strong business knowledge in the Secured Funding Markets space (emphasis on Trading, Optimization and Collateral Management).
– experience working closely with Front Office stakeholders
– well versed in the front to back securities trading and post trade processes
– business analysis and full project lifecycle implementation experience in the financial industry
– strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
– Proven delivery experience working with different methodologies (including Agile/Waterfall)
