Temporary Position / Working Student Institutional Solutions 60-80%

For our Institutional Solutions team, we are looking for a working student / temporary support (60-80%) based in Zurich supporting the team with the execution of agreements to ensure compliance with document requirements, a quick turnaround and high data quality in our systems and tools

Your Challenge

• Manage the process of executing agreements (e.g. distribution agreements, investment management agreements, investor agreements)


• Prepare documents for final signature


• Collect signatures and send final documents for signature to counterparties


• Track signature status


• Archive signed documents


• Ensure data quality in relevant tools and systems


• Assist the team with additional distribution-related requests


• Provide administrative support in the context of interdisciplinary projects

 

Your Qualification

• Bachelor degree in economics, business administration or law


• Excellent communication skills


• Service orientation, paired with a solution-oriented attitude


• Dedicated team player


• Fluent in German and English in word and writing, French is a considered as an asset
